Previous Story: Nancy, Andy and Silas plot revenge against Emma (Michelle Trachtenberg) after she gives them the business in a business deal. Meanwhile, Doug suffers a financial setback that makes it even more important to keep his hedge fund up and running and Shane's involvement with the law proves to be more involving than he expected.

Nancy hopes to cash in on some new business opportunities when she tags along with Andy and Doug for a weekend in the East Hamptons. Elsewhere, Silas hopes to reconcile with Emma; and Shane accompanies Det. Ouellette on a drug bust, Andy turns mediator when Nancy and Silas clash over who's in charge of the business; Shane tries to regain the trust of Det. Ouellette; and Doug tries to throw the Securities and Exchange Commission off the trail of his hedge-fund scam.

Now Final Episide: In the seventh-season finale, Silas turns the tables on Nancy as Shane tries to keep her out of harm's way and the clutches of Det. Ouellette. Meanwhile, Doug schemes to keep alive his hedge-fund scam, While Shane tries to save his mother from prison, Silas interferes. Meanwhile, Doug works on keeping his scam running.

Elsewhere, Sarah dates a cute journalist on antidepressants, which makes physical contact very challenging. Riley helps Fitz become number one on Chicago's most doable bachelor list after researching the current number one bachelor. Ben tries to launch a food-truck business and asks Aaron to invest; Sara dates a journalist whose medical issues put a damper on their relationship; and Riley helps Fitz take the top spot on an eligible-bachelor list.

Ben finds that he is in a slump in life and misses the relationship he once had with Sarah. When Sarah's boyfriend questions her history with Ben, she reluctantly lies to him, only to make matters worse. Meanwhile, while playing a drinking game, Riley meets a man and quickly falls in love, but her joy turn to sadness when she learns he might be dying.

But Sheila’s two-pronged attack hits Tommy’s critics where they least expect it, vindicating Tommy and clearing the Gavin family name. Tommy crosses an emotional line with Sheila and lures Lou into a psychological trap after he visits Ground Zero with the guys. Meanwhile, Franco challenges Lou's authority at the firehouse; and Sheila makes Colleen an offer (and won't let her refuse it).
