Previous story: Khloe is cautious with Kim's boyfriend, Kourtney gets the family together and things don't go as planned. Khloe contemplates being friendly towards Kim's new man and Kourtney plans a get together for the family and it gets out of hand. Kim tries to help Kendall with her modeling career in New York, but she pushes her too hard. Meanwhile, Kris and Scott fight when he won't allow her to have a key to the house he shares with Kourtney.
Kendall's modeling career takes her to New York and she enlists Kim to help her. Scott and Kris are at odds with each other over a key to Kourtney and Scott's house. Kris decides to change her last name back to Kardashian, much to Bruce's dismay, Kim gets an X-ray of her buttocks to prove to the public that they are real.
Kris makes a decision regarding her last name and Kim takes action to prove that her butt is real. Kourtney contemplates having another child and Kris is ordained to perform a friend's wedding. Kourt considers becoming a mother for the second time and an ordained Kris prepares to perform at the wedding of one of her friends. Rob reveals to Kourtney his true feelings about Scott. Meanwhile, Kris suspects Bruce is losing his hearing and insists that he see a doctor. Kourtney finds out how Rob feels about Scott. Kris wants Bruce to get his hearing checked.
And this episode: Kim finds a rash on her legs and Bruce finds out that Kendall is on the pill. Bruce learns that Kendall is taking birth-control pills, Kim discovers a serious rash on her legs and worries that it may affect her career. Bruce talks with his daughters about their blessings, Bruce tries to get his daughters to see how blessed they are.
