Weeds Season 7 Episode 6 Object Impermanence, Airing: August 1, 2011 10:00 PM on Showtime. This series is a single camera comedy about a single mother who makes ends meet by selling marijuana in the fictional suburb of Agrestic, California. The series exposes the dirty little secrets that lie behind the pristine lawns and shiny closed doors of homes in the of this gated community. Mary Louise Parker stars as the suburban mom who resorts to selling weed to support her family after her husband unexpectedly dies. After her husband's unexpected death and subsequent financial woes, suburban mom Nancy Botwin (Parker) embraces a new profession: the neighborhood pot dealer. Aided by her wayward black-sheep brother-in-law Andy, she struggles to keep her new means of bill-solving secret from her suspicious PTA members and nosy neighbor as well as from her children, Shane and his teenage brother Silas. As the plot continues she struggles to protect the ones she loves.

Previous Story: Three years after Nancy's selfless act to save her family, Andy, Silas, Shane and Doug live their new lives in Copenhagen. When Nancy is released early from prison and put on parole to a New York halfway house, she finds out that she doesn't need witness protection anymore. She is placed on probation in a halfway house, but fully looking for an opportunity to fire up her canni-business and reunite with the men in her life.

Nancy tries to establish a life in New York City and is surprised by the unannounced arrival of Andy and Shane. Meanwhile, Silas begins doing modeling work, and Doug tries to track down an old friend. Nancy tries to adjust to life in New York City and gets a surprise when Andy and Shane, whom she thought were in Copenhagen, unexpectedly show up at her door. Elsewhere, Silas attempts to land a job as a model, and Doug pays a visit to an old friend.

While Nancy is having trouble fitting in at the halfway house, her sister Jill gives her some unexpected news. Meanwhile, Andy and Shane find a place to live in New York City, while Silas books his first modeling job, and Doug is offered a job. Nancy has problems adapting to life and her fellow felons at the halfway house, and her sister Jill (Jennifer Jason Leigh) doesn't help matters when she springs a sudden surprise on her. Meanwhile, Andy and Shane find a place to crash Silas scores gainful employment as a model and Doug is offered a dream job on Wall Street. Nancy attempts to land a job at Doug's new office, while Shane sets up their new house without the help of an overwhelmed Andy.

Silas and Nancy's lawyer assist her in getting to California as her custody battle with Jill (Jennifer Jason Leigh) heats up. Meanwhile, Andy's relationship takes an intriguing turn; Shane decides to give it the old college try and enrolls in classes and Doug is left to fend for himself at his job on Wall Street.

This now story: Nancy has a run-in with an old acquaintance and Silas gets caught in the crossfire, Andy engages in a new business enterprise that requires Doug and Shane's assistance. Nancy's attempt to rekindle her business with Heylia doesn't go well. In the meantime, Andy introduces a new idea of venture to Shane and Doug.
